Returns - Original artwork
I don't like the job anymore. I want to return the work. How should I proceed?
It's a shame, but it can happen! You have 14 days after receipt of the work to cancel the purchase to let us know your decision. And then you must send the work back to the artist's address at your own expense. We therefore recommend that you try to hang up our printed version first. Please contact us for the return address of your artwork. The purchase price will be refunded to you as soon as the work has arrived undamaged at its destination. In the event of a return due to your cancellation, you are responsible for packaging the work.
The work was damaged during delivery, what should I do?
Please let us know as soon as you discover any damage to the artwork. Please photograph the damage and send us the photo so we can make the best decision. Depending on the extent of the damage, we can either have the artwork restored or the artwork will be returned. In the latter case, your payment will be refunded. Of course, artlia assumes all costs incurred for the restoration or return transport.
Who pays for the return transport of the work?
You bear the direct costs of returning the work. Please try to hang up the print version of the work before deciding.
How is my payment refunded?
We will refund your payment once the artists receive the artwork back. Please remember that the return must arrive undamaged.

The original artwork should be returned to the artist's address. A return to the company address is not possible. Please contact us before returning the original artwork.
