Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 30 days from the day,
- on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods, provided you ordered one or more goods as part of a single order and they are delivered uniformly;
- on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last item, provided you ordered multiple goods as part of a single order and they are delivered separately;
- on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last partial shipment or the last piece, provided you ordered goods that are delivered in multiple partial shipments or pieces;

by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.
You may also use the following withdrawal form to submit your withdrawal to us. However, use of the form is not mandatory. After receiving your withdrawal, we will promptly send you a confirmation of receipt (e.g., by email).
Please include your order number and the item you wish to withdraw from in your message. This helps us to assign and process your withdrawal as quickly as possible.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund you the payments for the goods we have received from you, excluding delivery costs, without delay and no later than 30 days from the day we receive the notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this refund, we will use the same payment method you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged fees for this refund.
We may refuse the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have sent the goods back, whichever is earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us without delay and in any case no later than 30 days from the day you inform us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 30-day period expires.

You bear the immediate costs of returning the goods and artworks.
You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling the goods beyond what is necessary to check their condition, properties, and functioning.
Exclusion or Termination Reasons
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts
- for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for whose manufacture an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or that are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer;
- for the delivery of goods that can spoil quickly or whose expiration date would be quickly exceeded;
The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for contracts
- for the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons if their seal has been removed after delivery;
- for the delivery of goods that have been inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery due to their nature;
